Jandek quote search

I'm having trouble finding a quote that I think was from the Representative to a fan, maybe quoted in Jandek On Corwood. It's something like, "You won't always get the answers you're looking for; sometimes it's better that way."

Does anyone have the actual quote? I'm not looking for any particular reason, it just struck me on my way home.

It's "You may not get all the answers you want. It's better that way."

Apparently, it was sent to Chad Friedrichs when he asked Corwood to
participate in the documentary. I think the actual note is shown
somewhere in the film, or maybe somewhere in the DVD menu.
