Using the left-over money to pay the loans of Hostel.

Dear Jamuknights,

As we discussed in the hostel budget GBM, we took loans for buying Pool table and CCTV. Some instalments of washing machine loan(which we took 3 years ago) are also left. I talked with the manager today, He informed me that we can use the left-over money of this semester to pay those loans amount partially. We want to proceed in this way to use left-over money. Since we cannot conduct GBM nowadays, It would be really nice if you can give your inputs by mail. If anyone has any concern/doubt regarding it please reply to this mail by tomorrow 5:00 PM. I will then pass this request to the warden.

But I have placed order for table and some other missing tools can be bought once we come back. Oviously some hostel events are cancelled indefinitely and that money won't be used anymore. It is better if we first announce how much money is left and how much can be used for loan repayment. 

But again I request to consider the pre-ordered items and then get an estimate over the leftover money. Only then I can assure on giving the money from my budget for loan repayment.

CCW has decided to return the left over money to students. Everyone will be receiving around 440 Rs in their ikollege account in few days.
