Gift for graduating Seniors

Dear Jamuknights,

As we know, due to Covid-19, we didn't have a hostel night this year. We were even not able to give RG T-shirts to graduating seniors.  So, Hostel Affair Secretary called a meeting of General Secretaries of all hostel regarding gifts for graduating Seniors last Sunday. HAS told Gen Secs that hostels can give the gifts to graduating students from the hostel budget of even semester. He also informed us that these gifts would be sent to Seniors through BlueDart. As we know the belongings of final year student is going to be sent by courier so the gifts can also be sent with it.


So the hostel council has decided to give hoodies to graduating seniors as a gift from the hostel side. For Hoodies, centralised vendor will be arranged through HAS  The budget of hoodies/t-shirt is attached to this email. I will circulate a google form for budget approval tomorrow. Please fill the approval form and give your suggestions in the form itself.
