Department of Computer Science & IT, Bhaderwah Campus, University of Jammu in collaboration with Institution of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers, Jammu Centre is going to organize one day Regional Seminar on ‘Future Trends in IT – Challenges and Implications’ on November 05, 2015. The proposed seminar is expected to discuss various themes related to Computer applications and Information technology. A particular focus will be on the following themes: (a) Big Data Analytics (b) Cloud Computing (c) Online learning and sustainable strategy (d) Cyber Terrorism (e) Mobile and Network Security (f) Cloud Strategy (g) Transforming Institution’s Business (h) Database Organization, Recovery and Security (i) Programmable Logic (j) IT applications, its challenges and opportunities (k) Emerging computer technologies in environmental monitoring.
The event shall be active platform for academicians, researchers, consultants, technocrats, environmentalists, designers, planners and other stakeholders to carve out strategies for the deliberations on the selected themes. Department of Computer Science & I.T, Bhaderwah Campus, with the successful conduct of the seminar shall emerge as centre of significant repute.
