As solar cells move toward high-efficiency architectures like TOPCon and Heterojunction (HJT), eliminating trace contaminants from specialty gases is critical. Engineering Excellence and Safety
The core components are forged from premium 316L VIM-VAR stainless steel and feature electropolished internal wetted surfaces with a roughness average (Ra) of less than 5 micro-inches. This mirror-like finish prevents particle entrapment and facilitates rapid gas purging. Utilizing metal-to-metal diaphragm seals, the entire system is helium leak-tested to rates below 1x10-9 atm cc per second, providing an airtight barrier that protects wafer yields from atmospheric oxygen and moisture.
