Presidency College takes immense pleasure in inviting you to the fourth edition of the Media Fest- Vrittanta 2017, scheduled to be held on 21 and 22 February 2017.
Presidency Group of Institutions has been a leading organization with over four decades of dedicated service in the field of education. Presidency College has made its presence felt in the country by hosting spectacular events since its inception. Colossus (Cultural fest), E-Norm(Management Fest) and Computantra(IT Fest) have seen the likes ofFarhanAkhtar, DeepikaPadukone, Raghu and Rajiv of MTV fame, KK, Bali Brahma Bhat , Toshi, SonamKapoor, Fawad Khan,Pooja Gandhi,TapseePannu, KritiKulhari, Andrea Pinto on the eminent guest list.
Presidency College presents Vrittanta 2017, with the theme being ‘Confessions of the year 2016 ’,carrying forward the legacy of its Media Fest.
It had the usual months, seasons and celebrations with a stew of tangy mix of ups and downs.And the year gone by experienced all the ingredients – stirred and sizzled with a touch of ‘surreal’.Not a day passed by without a headline that grabbed the eyeballs, intrigued the masses beyond the mere boundaries of man-made names and nations. As realization dawned, 2016 had already become its very own meme.
This was the blazing set of three hundred and sixty six days that turned out to be a delicacy with every event turning out to be a weird and rare ingredient, sprinkled with a different style, whisked with a joyful laughter and garnished with vivid spices. A year in which the soup tasted a bit sweeter and the lemon tarts a bit peppery!
We thus present to you Vrittanta2017 that reminisces, rejuvenates and resolutes to congregate the ashes of the year that passed by, the year that went down in history with bold fonts of blood and gold, – ‘Confessions of the year 2016 ’, an exuberant cuisine of the glorious and the gorious.
