Technical
Operating System : IBM AIX, Linux
Oracle – PLSQL
Scripting: Shell, ANT
IBM Websphere Commerce : Implementation and administration
IBM WebSphere MQ series & Message Broker understanding
LPAR
Familiar with various Open Systems Middleware technologies and Open Source tools
Process & Other Skillsets
Retail domain knowledge
Well versed in ITIL processes including Release/Change Management
Full project lifecycle experience on large J2EE projects
Strong analytical and problem solving skills,  Continual Service Improvements
Planning, co-ordination with multiple teams across various systems
Good Communication and inter personal skills.
