It's how the Web describes you, but it's not very reliable. Netizens may hate you for being you, you just can't control them and that's ridiculous.

And that is the very reason why we must be able to manage and track our reputation on the Web. It will certainly affect our image inside and outside the Internet. People tend to believe whatever they can read about you. Hard truth.
