There is no every artists

Hello

I registered app today on Jamendo, read the documentations and tried to test the API, on tracks I started looking for artists songs for example I took kesha and inputed following URL https://api.jamendo.com/v3.0/artists/tracks/?client_id={my_client_id}&format=jsonpretty&name=kesha 

I mentioned my client id as well, but  received empty array

does that mean, API doesn't  have all artists data?
