Hi All.
Jamendo In-Store Radio, is an interesting options for European physical stores.
BUT to proper and easily manage the radio playback in the stores by the salesmen,
an GOOD choice is to have a mini-PC (Raspberry) connected to an audio amplifier,
with the pc running a local web server with its personal api key.
This lets the minipc flow the radio stream to hi-fi amplifier (server side) ,
but keeps the playback control (volume & songs) on hands on any tablet/smartphone of the sales men (client side) in a decentralized&easy way.
BUT currently seems that NO such implementation exist
Even WORSE (?) seems that the V. 3.0 PREVENTS to ACCESS the RADIO STREAM from the API.
Kindly ASK:
- Is the radio stream playback forbidden ?
- Is the a workaround in the api to realize/get a radio stream playback ?
- Why this limitation ?
