New Jambu Website

I've been busy setting up a new website as home for Jambu. It reflects
the new focus on direct in application selection.

Comments welcome. Note It's still pretty much an out-of-the-box theme
using one that claims ot be accessible (at looks pretty good). I'll be
doing some CSS theme tweeks over time.

It seems the template was doing weird things to the title. I've cleaned it up.
