You will probably have to get information from the individual LASMs regarding patch distribution for these participants.
I know they were not included on the original patch distribution list.  But I also know that some of the LASMs took additional patches to cover their planned additions.
 
I have copied the LASMs into this email.
 
Tim, Dick, Michael and Jane, did you provide Jamboree, Contingent and Numeral patches for the participants listed below?
 
If not this will need to be coordinated with Tina Myers at the Scout Office.  Each of the participants should receive two each of the Jamboree, Unit Specific Contingent Shoulder Patch and Unit Specific Numeral patch, and one each of the complete contingent Shoulder Patch set including the two center patches.

Did these 6 Scouts get their respective patches?  Do I need to get them this weekend to give to the guys?

For the new participants that have not received their patches you will need to distribute when you see them, probably at the Jamboree.  The patches will need to be sewn onto their uniforms.  Hopefully each of our participants have packed a small sewing kit with the proper color thread.  If not, you may want to have some proper thread and a needle to help them out.  I know I have already told a parent I would help their son sew on a numeral patch for our unit.
