Folks,
Last week I requested you take a moment to summarize your LASM experience for our lessons learned review. I have received one input to date from Mike and would like to encourage the rest of you to just take a moment to feed me some of your thoughts.
What worked and what did not, for planning, preparations, communications, logistics, per tour, during jamboree and post?
What would work better next time?
What should we try differently?
Should the LASMs assume different duties leading up to jamboree?
