Thoughts on unload logistics

Gentlemen
On Sunday when we assemble at Grabel to unload and distribute our returning gear I recommend we use a last in first out process. If a small team from each troop arrives at 10:00 they can form a conga line to unload and stack in troop piles. Once piles are complete each troop can pass through and get their stuff.

Remember that we should pass through the EAST side and avoid the main yard.

It is unlikely that I will be able to attend and am being significantly restricted in actions at this point, enforced rest.
