Missing/Wrong size clothes for Jambo

Please note that the following units reported discrepencies in their orders. If you would be so kind as to fill these as per their request as soon as possible. If needed we can have them picked up and shipped to the folks at Jambo.

Here is our color coding.
Please note that I did not receive your email below dated this morning at 8:24am or I would have promptly provided this response.

Based on this coding we are missing the following;
 
Light Blue (B.243): 6 hats, 2 XL T-Shirts, 2 Med T-Shirts, 2 XL Polo Shirts
 
Yellow Gold (C.207): 2 small T-Shirts, 1 Med T-Shirt
 
Purple (A205): 1  3X Polo
 
Dark Blue (Staff): 1 Large Polo
 
Black Contingent Jackets;  1 XL and 1 XXL Jacket
 
I will forward the original email from Shane to the rest of us with the Clothing order distribution form that indicates what we expected to arrive and what the missing count is based on.
 
Can you please provide the list you used for comparison?

Attached is the zip file for the spreadsheets Shane sent to me.  I also am attaching the combined spreadsheet that I did for ordering and had Shane double check.

 

We did order a xxl purple polo instead of a xxxl and the silk screener had 3 t-shirts that they messed up which are the gold ones.

 

All hats and jackets are accounted for both from the counts from the vendor shipping as well as the embroiderer. 

There were NO xl lt. blue polo’s ordered originally.

 

I talked with the embroiderer and he can get a the few pieces done, but no way before you guys leave on the 7^th.  The jackets if you need to order them are a 3 day ship into us so these items would need to ship to the Jamboree or somewhere that you can get them.

 

Call me to talk about what you want to do.   IC Group will replace the purple xxxl polo and the 3 t-shirts in gold.

I am working under the understanding that the spreadsheet you are working with is the same as the one Shane used to package for distribution.  With that said I think we need to compare those two sheets.  I will send you the one Shane used for distribution but would like you to send us the one you are using.

Yes I did, Thank you.
I will need the complete list of what was orders and more importantly what was paid for from Shane before I can proceed any further.  I know specifically what was ordered and missing for T.C207 (Yellow/Gold) so knew there was a specific discrepancy there.
 
Do any of the other LASM's know what their units ordered and paid for?
Can you compare your orders with what Cindy has provided us?

Brad, the XXL jacket is for D320, for Rob Parrish.  It was his comp jacket and I checked his order and that is what he marked but we did not receive.

Did any of you other LASMs receive an XXL Jacket that you were not expecting.
Even if you got it and traded out a size to someone else we need to know.
What share jackets do you have
 
In example our unit T.C207 is one participant down so we have a spare size Large jacket.
 
Can I get a count from the rest of you please ASAP.

I'm confused, the list of missing clothing Shane sent out below says B243 is missing one Extra Large jacket.
But you say you have two extra large jackets to spare that were not ordered.
Please look at the list below and verify what it says your troop is missing.
