Brad,

I just talked with the Graebel driver.  She will be at the Graebel warehouse at 10:00 am on Sunday morning.  There will not be any warehouse people working.  She can access the back gate but doesn't have a code to keep it open.

So she will stage the truck in the parking lot to the north west of the warehouse building.   I told her each unit will have 3 to 4 people present.  The bags were separated by color when loaded in the trailer.  So we will pull the bags off and load them directly into the vehicles for that unit.  We will need all the people to stay until the truck is completely unloaded to help all the units and also to handle any mixed up bags.

Each unit should confirm that that they have 3-4 volunteers and will have sufficient vehicle space for the duffels.  Remember that these duffels likely contain more and may be larger than what we loaded onto pallets last month.

I offer the following suggestion to the group after watching the load job.  If every troop could bring 4 people right at 10:00 including the drivers for the vehicles that will be taking the bags we could form a line and offload right on to the vehicles and cut down on double handling and trying to coordinate timing.  We could form a lines right in the truck, the vehicle or vehicles could back up to the end of the truck and put them right in.  Thoughts of the group?

If I remember the reverse order coming out it is basically silver, yellow, ventures, purple, orange, red, blue, green - more or less.
