Tim/Brad,
I appreciate the desire to help in this area.
Nate will be handling the bus placards. The PASM team is responsible for planning the bus transportation. Nate is the primary contact with TMS, the company we have contracted with for the buses and the company coordinating the entry and exit from the Summit site. He has spent lots of hours working through the bus assignments and working with TMS.
Due to the different flights, housing locations, participant counts, and the flow that the buses need to follow during entry and exit from the Jamboree, there will be different combinations of troops and crews on each bus for the different legs. On all legs of the trip, one troop will be split between buses. We have tried set it up so no troop takes most of the burden for these splits. Nate is the PASM team member for this task and he knows who needs to be on which bus for each leg of the trip.
Nate has already been trying to locate who has received the QR codes for our group. If you know please let Nate and I know.
Let me know if you have any concerns about this or have additional information that would help in this process.
Thanks.
-Randy

I talked with Brad Johnston, Lead LASM, last night and the LADM are handling the bus placards when we arrive at the Jamboree. He was going to research the QR codes. Tour permit is complete.

I will take care of the placards! I also harassed Jim Blair for the QR codes as Andrea stated whomever forwarded me the check-in email will be getting them and it came from you from him.

Nate,
The tour permit was not to be on your list. So Tim or another RASM should be working on it. We just provide the itinerary for it. I had always thought Tim was doing it.
You should be doing the bus placards since you know who is on which bus when and are the team member working with TMS.
My position is that you are responsible for the placards for all tour bus legs including the leg entering the Summit.
We need to get the QR codes from whoever receives them.
Tim, can you let Nate and I know if you as a RASM receives the QR Code.
Thanks.

Subject: Tour Permit and Bus Placards
Randy,
I got a call from Tim Davies inquiring about the tour permit. He's going to do it, but was that something I missed as something I was supposed to have taken care of? Also, am I doing the bus placards or not, the RASMs thought they were. I have preliminary ones, I just need QR codes to go with them.
Thanks,--
