Jamboree Patches, STAND BY!

Folks -
You may have heard that the numeral patches are in, BUT STAND BY.
We have already had an issue with someone trying to be proactive and taking out "their" patches and ending up with a mish-mash. 
 
Let Tina and I sort the patches out this afternoon and get them properly ready for everyone together so we limit the possiblity for confusion.  We will have them ready for pick-up around 5:00 today.

The Jamboree troop numbers came in today.  I went to the Scout Office and sorted the numbers into those packages for folks who wanted their patches left at the Scout Office:  Dickinson, Williams, Beattie, Zopes, Kubin, Stevens, Baker, Phillips, Machamer, Allen, Connally, Mays, Daub, Underhill, Curl, Waugh and Zoller.  These were left today back with the registrar's desk.
 
For the rest of you, your patches are at my house.  I plan to be home tomorrow from 4:30 (or so) until 8 if you want to pick them up there.  If you want them at the Council Office, I can also drop them there tomorrow around 4 PM if I hear from you tonight.  A couple of you have already made special arrangements with me (Robinson, Weeks) and your patches are here at my house.
 
For those of you who picked up from my house yesterday, I have your number patches here (if you ordered them).  Sorry for that, no one knew the numbers were coming in today....  Again, I'll be home tomorrow for pick-up (Bajek <g>) or for those of you who just have a few of them, I can mail them to you if you like?
 
And then I have about 25 or so individuals from whom I either haven't heard....or haven't decided.  These are the ones I really need to hear from:  Beckett, Benson, Caringer, Chadwick, Connelly, Flanagan, Granberg, Gregoire, Henry, Hughes (my house?) Kehrer, Lee, Lilly, Luer (hold), Mapp, Mills, Mitchell (my house?), Oden, O'Hara, Peterson, Richter, Sheidema, Showell, Turnquist, Upthegrove, Williamson and Winchell.
 
Please check your patch order closely.  There were some mis-matches between the number bundles and I easily could have made a mistake in the JSPs.  If you are short a certain JSP or number, or have an extra JSP or number, please get with Tina at the Council Office to make the trade or get a replacement.  Don't delay, there aren't many spares to be had!  If your OA is off, you need to get back with me.  If you wanted more semi-ghost, they are included with your patches and you need to pay when you pick up (either at my house or the Council), checks made out to BSA.  There are still OA full-color and semi-ghost available for those of you who want more....
 
I will be out-of-town over the Fourth, so if you don't pick them up in the next week or so, you'll have to wait a week.

Numeral patches are read for pickup.  They are in individual bags in a box under Tina's desk.

I will send out the distribution list as soon as I get home.  Please check the list as if you have added scouts since the list was made your count may be short.

I have picked up the Crew F206a patches along with C207 and will have then with me tomorrow night at the church.
