Jamal and jQuery 1.3

Hey Jamals,

last weeks jQuery 1.3 release didn't work with Jamal right out of the
box. There was a small issue with the metadata plugin which is fixed
now.

I put up a new release for it with a nice little tweak I came up on a
project I've worked on. You don't have to create controllers for all
your routes anymore. They are now generated on the fly which means
that app_controller callbacks like beforeAction are called on all the
routes.
