We stopped the Williams pipeline in our backyard. Now our inland neighbors need help with the similar non-deterministic time bomb and this time it's not somewhere in the ocean. It's right under main streets of disadvantaged communities.

How stable is the ground along the pipeline route?

Another adversity is a vibration from freight traffic right atop of the pipeline, from pile driving at nearby construction sites and from road excavations.
