Trace of 4 dimensional creature in 3 dimensional space

Hi!

What is this? Based on the ends it seems to pierce our time-space: come out of nowhere and disappear in another nowhere.

It was spotted at 7:51 pm right after the 6/29 storm at Riis Beach between Bay 10 and 11. For reference my shoe size is 12.
