I am proposing updated server.py, with version check info:
./server.py
User Guide: https://jampy-docs-v7.readthedocs.io/
A new version of jam-py-v7 is available: 7.0.65 → 7.0.66
...

After upgrade:
./server.py
User Guide: https://jampy-docs-v7.readthedocs.io/
jam-py-v7 is up-to-date (7.0.66)

With no network:
./server.py
User Guide: https://jampy-docs-v7.readthedocs.io/
Version check skipped, no network!
