First new jam upgrade 5.5.4

Hi, 

this is first upgrade with recent fix for MSSQL re. orphan begin transaction

and converting data type.

The reason to bump up the version to 5.5.x is automated build on pypi, 

and the fact that this is a fork named jam.py-v5.

This means uninstalling jam.py with pip, and installing:

pip install jam.py-v5

OR, download the zip and install manually. 

There will be no pip installs with original jam.py,

 since requires a manual build and upload to pypi.

The Docs were removed to make a pip smaller. 

Docs for v5 live here as well as on live sites (automated):
https://github.com/jam-py-v5/jampy-docs

This is because the Docs won't be in sync, after v7 is released.

So we need to find the solution how to split Docs between the two.

I have upgraded to 5.5.4 and I have not seen any issues so far. My project is hosted as an Azure App Service and connected to a MSSQL database.
