Building static web page with Jam.py

Hi,

Use show source on browser to see the content.

What does that mean? It means that we can use the Jam builder
to create static sites with single page. Uploading files is still needed.

The builder should be hidden. And the site can be put into a read-only mode.
And back to read-write mode when we need to make changes.

This is because there is no way to control access otherwise.
