Two Factor Auth (MFA) with Google Authenticator

Hi all, 

please find Google Authenticator or a mobile phone enabled Authentication as two Factor Auth for Jam.py App.

Python dependencies:

onetimepass pypng pyqrcode

Tested with:

Python 3.6.8

I recommend extending the above web page for Google Authenticator (known also as MFA ).

The modified file is index.html, register.html and added files are two*.html which are used to display the OTP code. The latter needs some TLC.

One can use Chrome Google Auth Extension (plug-in), or a mobile phone with FreeOTP or Google Auth.
