How do be aware id Edit Form is currently open

Hi to all,

How to be aware if Edit Form is currently open, if View form or Edit Form?

I need to do something only if View form is open in the below Event:

function on_field_changed(field, lookup_item) {

}

If u using  on_field_changed, that means field event, not a form.

So it does not matter if the View or Edit is open, providing a filed can be edited on View.
