Hi everyone,

since Black Friday, I wanted to add a project I've started.

The App enables to quickly select all Internal Users and change their Role or Admin rights.

It also enables to quickly modify lookup lists, and most importantly, moving the tables from one Group to another (still work in progress).

It works only for v6. It can be modified for v5.

Lookups:

Roles, priviledges:

Let's say there is a new Test Group with id 39:

And want to move some tables to Test group #39:

Viola:

To move it back, set PARENT to #2, and restart App.

To use this App, Import and set database to admin.sqlite in some project, not the just imported one (have a backup first!).

It can be extended to many things, like creating common fields, etc.
Btw, not supported by the Dev.

Cheers

Hello,

this App is now supporting changing the Table Names and the Table Field Names.
Which means no need to click on many places and one can actually search through the complete App for some field name and find the Table with that name.

Here I've changed the Artist field name to Artist!!! and Dashboard!!!  and bounced the Demo App (it would be great to know how the App knows when something is changed, which admin.sqlite filed is it using for this, so we just refresh the App :) Andrew?

The Form in green is copy/paste screenshot with the actual App.

You'll notice Sys_fields added to it.

BTW, Andrew will not support this approach, but I've found it very useful for quick changes!

To put this into some perspective, this is the Items count for my App :)

So the next part we are working on (Andrew mostly), is the F_Name translation table and translations Import. Stay tuned...
PM me if needing the App.

Hi, Drazen!
I've wanted to dig into system tables for a long time. Where can I see this App?

Just to clarify, this is a portable App if remember well:

So just unzip and run. Open Builder and set the DB to full path of some project admin.sqlite file.
