LMS at Japanese Universities

Our school is thinking of adopting an LMS and I'm starting to gather some information. While Moodle would be an obvious answer, I'm curious if there are schools using other LMS and if so which ones. I would also be very interested in pricing if it is a commercial LMS. 

My impression is that most moodle installations at Japanese universities are done as a project by one or a small group of teachers, so if your school has deployed Moodle on a campus wide basis, I'd be interested how your support structure is set up and what sort of steps your school may make to encourage teachers to use it.
