Apologies for this, but on the possibility that some may be interested, two colleagues and I have a chapter in a new book, Education for a Digital World 2.0, Innovations in Education

which is available thru OpenSchool BC.

It is a bit expensive, but if you have some research money for library acquisitions, please consider it. The first edition received a grant from the Canadian Education ministry, and we were able to offer pdfs of the book free (you can still get them at this address)

but this time, we weren't able to, though we hope to offer a free pdf version after recouping various costs.
