jallib API doc html

Hi, just wondering if anyone uses the  "jallib API doc"  doc in folder doc/html as seen here: https://github.com/jallib/jallib/tree/master/doc/html

These "jallib API doc" HTML files are generated with the makefile. It was added many years ago. I don't think anyone here is supporting these files any longer.

I'm thinking of removing these from the Makefile.

We have new html doc here, as well as a downloadable windows help file.

The html files from the quickref could be provided in the release packages if we feel html files are needed.
