Hi there,

I would like to use a TM1637 based display module, but it seems that chip has a special communication protocol.

Does anyone have a TM1637 library ?

Hi,

I plan to use display modules using TM1637.

As it seems to be always the case with the TMxxxx chips, the communication protocol is somewhat different from other TMxxxx.

Does anyone already have a jal library to use with those modules ?

Hi Pinhead,

Interesting chip but never I used it. As the mention in the data sheet, the protocol looks like IIC but without the slave address so maybe you can use the i2c_software.jal library as a starting point?

Hi Pinhead,

I was wondering if you got any further with this. I am thinking of developing a JAL library for it. Corona keeps me off the street so I was thinking of ordering a sample with a display and making a library but only if you have not done this already.

When looking on the internet I see modules only using the display functionality and not the keyboard. I think the library should support both, what to you think?
