12F1840 sample files

Hi Rob,

I needed a UART test file for the 12F1840, so I made the attached files.  They copies of existing files with PIC target, oscillator, and baud rate changes.  I also added a delay before starting to give me time to start the PICkit UART Tool.  I tested both files and they work.  You can include them in /sample if you want.  I would have done a github pull request, but I don't know how to do it for new files.

Hi Mike,

Thanks. I will do a small update of the header part of the sample programs - so not the program itself - since it looks that it is based on an older sample program. $Revision is no longer used and the BSD license is nowadays a ZLIB license.

Hi Mike,

And next time, you can mention your own name as author if you want.

If I make a sample for a certain PIC that is more or less a copy of another sample program I put the sample on my name but mention in the notes that it is based on another sample by another author.
