Hi, I've added a USB mouse library and sample.

I can now control my cat via Jallib since he follows my cursor around the screen.

Thanks Albert and Joep for your previous work on the keyboard library. The keyboard library made creating the mouse library fairly simple.

Rob CJ pointed out there is already a USB mouse sample with no library. I had looked in the library folder.

I'll take a look and see if I can modify the existing sample and move some code into a library and combine it with my code.
