Initial Jakarta EE 11 Support in Starter

Hi folks,
We've now added initial Jakarta EE 11 Core Profile support in the
Starter: https://start.jakarta.ee. Please check it out and let us know
if you run into any issues. There were actually quite a few validation
changes aside from just adding support for EE 11/SE 21.
Next up is adding support for GlassFish Docker images, closely followed
by Helidon support. We'll also try to make time for the long pending
look and feel update. Of course we'll continue to closely track Jakarta
EE 11 specification and implementation progress.
