Does anyone know what is going on with the Arquillian Extensions (https://arquillian.org/docs/)?  I know that Arquillian core is still be updated because of Jakarta EE and the TCK but the extensions appear dead. I really liked the Persistence Extension (wrapped DbUnit) and wish it had made it to Jakarta EE.

Separately, the main Arquillian website hasn’t been updated in 7 years. It features an upcoming book which was finally released in 2018. If Arquillian is being updated, why isn’t the website?

ChatGPT recommended Database-Rider (https://github.com/database-rider/database-rider) instead of the Persistence Extension. Is this what developers are using instead for testing the persistence layer?

I'm maintaining Drone and Graphene extensions.
It's on Scott Stark's queue to release a new version of these.

Would RedHat be open to donating Arquillian to Eclipse Foundation? Then it would be easier to maintain and contribute by wider community.

I know that you don't work for RedHat. I thought you might ask relevant people at Red Hat if they can contribute the project to the Eclipse Foundation. Or at least to the Commonhouse foundation, but Eclipse Foundation would be better for a project that is de facto the main Jakarta EE test framework.

Yea, next time I speak to Scott, I will mention it. It is a great idea.
