Jakarta Agentic AI M1 Release

Hi folks,

The M1 release of Jakarta Agentic AI is done. Please take a look. We should fix any issues before actual v1, which is now close.

I’ll update the spec page, and also look at getting a website up and running next. We have enough content now.

Yes, you can go ahead and release it. It is a good way to test that the stage/release jobs are set uo correctly. Remember to send a PR to update the spec page after releasing.
