Draft Ambassadors' Guide to Contributing to Jakarta EE 12

Hi folks,

We have started the process of drafting the Jakarta EE 12 edition of the
Ambassadors' contribution guide:

Please review and provide your feedback. While commenting is open, I
kindly ask that we have any potentially substantive discussion here on
the mailing lists. Google Doc comments are very hard to read and scale.
The mailing list is also better in terms of archival and reference.

If you have not been a part of this process before, as we note in the
document, we do try to maintain content that is relatively credible and
at least vetted to some extent for all stakeholders. This is not the
right mechanism to document every idea or every bit of feedback. This
document should carry due weight and really mostly reference content
that already has some community and stakeholder consensus behind it.
There are many other mechanisms to provide feedback, such as the mailing
lists and issue trackers referenced in the guide.

We are trying to finalize the draft in the next few weeks and publish
the new guide on the Ambassadors' website. Thanks in advance for your time.
