Sir/madam,

As known, His Holiness Acharya Shree Ratna Sunder Vijay Ji Maharaj
Saheb is playing a major role in engraving the religious Principles &
also for the security of religious countrywide.

In relation to the above, he has recently filed a petition in Rajya
Sabha, against the chargeability of 30% of tax liability on charitable
institutions.

After presenting his thoughts on the same before the special Petition
committee of Rajya Sabha, the committee has invited suggestions from
the people all over the country. And, the committee has also decided
to lay down their decision, only after considering the suggestions
from the People.

In the above context, Acharya Sri has appealed people all over the
country, to actively take part In this movement, by forwarding their
suggestions on the above subject to the concerned authority, Your
valuable suggestions through letters favoring the petition (Our
petition) will enhance the strength of the movement.

So, we humbly request each & all of you to come forward for the same,
which in turn will also support his holiness for noble thought of
encouraging the institutions not only running for “WELFARE OF MANKIND”
But also for institutions actively participating in ‘SYMPATHY FOR
ANIMAL & CREATURE” too.

Subject: Taxation on anonymous donations

Matter:
It is extra-constitutional and inhuman to be taxed these kind of
genuine charitable organizations. I decisively believe that Government
must not impose this tax to genuine charitable organization.
I would like to suggest you that in spite of taxing these charitable
organization, Government should give subsidy to these organization.
