Last Saturday I went jains office T.nagar and when i check with karthika, she replied it takes another 3 months to get power supply from TNEB, until that nobody will allow to occupy.

 

And the compensation for those who received key(90 members) will announce on 15th April 2013.(Not sure may be this is also a fake commitment). This is the latest news which i got from jains.

 

So friends we have to take a call. Please arrange a meeting and we will discuss about our pathforward.

In the last meeting you have picked 20/03/2013 as the day you will let us know about power connection. Also as per your commitment all the common area will be liveable condition ready by 31/03/2013. But so far we don't see any significant progress. Kindly update on that too.

Dear Members,

Jains CEO Mr. Krishna Kumar spoke to me now. 

Below is the msg he conveyed.

Regarding power connection court has decided to direct TNEB to give power to the project. Jains is waiting for judge signed order which will take a week time. Then Jains will take up to TNEB for power.

Regarding design approval for utility area CMDA is yet to give final Clearance which is expected in few days time. 

They are taking efforts & Common area work will be completed as per the commitment.

YESTERDAY I HAD BEEN TO THE COMPLEX AND THERE IS NO ACTIVITY IN PROGRESS. THE SITE ENGINEERS ARE NOT AWARE OF EB MATTER.AS PROMISED BY THE CEO THE OTHER WORKS LIKE PAINTING STAIRCASE WORK LIFT WORK ARE NOT TAKENUP.

IT IS BETTER WE SHOULD MEET AGAIN AND THIS TIME ASK FOR MD APPOINTMENT.

We had one of the water purifier companies check the TDS today. The TDS is 1500 still. As per the last meeting think they discussed about changing the tank water source to different wells with better water quality and TDS. I think we also need to follow up on their next steps for this.

We have visited one weeks back and discussed about progress....As per SITE AGM totally 1200 peoples are working in site to finish the construction ( common area) as they committed...

 

Totally we got disappointment and there is no such updation progress..I can say totally 100 peoples in site...not even 10% people of what he says....

 

Unless we put strong team effort these people will make it delay for 3 more months...

As for as common area is concerned, it was mutually agreed that all the pending works like elevator, lobby, corridor, staircase rails painting, overall cleanliness would be completed by Jains on or before 31st March'13. But to our surprise, most of the works have not yet been completed and we also do not find a significant workforce deployed to complete these works.

So we have decided that we would meet you at your T.Nagar Office to discuss about the above point and the development in getting EB connection.

But in letter He mentioned like Jain dont have any Completion certificate so far...So He requested to get Power without Completion certificate...

 

Also thomas says to get EB it takes further 2- 3 months...Sorry to say this..

This is what Mr.Krishnakumar told 3 weeks back. Did u see the judgement copy? If chennaram Seni writes a letter to TNEB we will not get the power connection. Also did Thomas tell anything about CMDA approval date?

Thomas showed one letter dated 25th-March-13 which states chennaram has applied letter to TNEB and others for getting power suppoly  without insisting completion certificate like that...

 

He didnt showed any CMDA approval date like that...

 

We have to join hands....Muraliraja or who has familiar with krishnakumarPlease fix appointment with him for coming saturday or sunday..

 

Otherwise we all meet at Jain office, on coming saturday....whats your thought?

Dear Friends, Request anyone who is staying right now in the premises pls verify with Thomas and check these letters(TNEB & CMDA) are available with site crew. Throw more light on the facts/documents available with Thomas. Most of us (who are yet to swift from our current location to the new houses) have already informed the house that we are vacating our rental house by end of  MAY 2013. If suppose we do not get the power and if we could not come in to the new house, it will be a havoc! I do not know what is our say if this could not happen.This is really SERIOUS ! All documents available with Thomos at the site.. He also keeping a copy of the judgement which is directing TNEB to give the power.However  we have not seen any work undertaken related to cabling activities.No change in the state as we have seen 2 weeks before. 

 

The pre requisite is Jains to complete the cabling activities prior to EB come and connect them into main line and also we dont see any EB Meters getting installed there. So NO CHANGE in the current state.

But the ground reality is that there is no developments happening at the site.  kindly inform CEO on the site status & request him to put pressure onto site team to carryout cabling works. we all need to put pressure to see the works are completed by this month end. lets not give room to builder to come up with another postponement of the date of completion.
