LIFT NOT WORKING PROPERLY in 4th BLOCK DUE TO UNIDENTIFIED ISSUES - LONG TERM SOLUTION REQUIRED

Hi All,
 
I would like to inform you the Long time issue since the lift made operational in 4th block. It goes offline very frequently and inside flooring was pathetic, damaged and posing  threat to the kids and aged ones. 
 
The lift was out of order from last friday(09-Aug) and it got rectified on Sunday(11-Aug). Again it is not working from today morning (12th Aug). It always gets stuck up in 4th floor and we are forced to use the stair case in the morning as all are rushing to school and offices. Irrespective of many complaints made from our side no permanent solution identified for this. As per the observations made this is due to Defective product or defect in the installation. It is better to appoint some person in 4th floor to release the lift as and when it get stuck since the issue is not solved by OTIS. 
 
As a customer we are expecting permanent solution for this issue and requesting you to handle this as HIGH PRIORITY.

Hi All,
 
Today we have faced water crisis in 4th block due to some unclosed water tapes inside some unoccupied flats. Dont know about the Gentleman who has done this and due to this problem 15+ famlies suffering without water. This is simply because of the people who is doing the interior work inside the flats. they have opened the tapes and left without closing it properly. The owner of the flat should be heavily fined for this mistake as he made all the families suffered for the whole day..this kind of behavior not acceptable anyway.
 
We should not blame or complain others and we should cooperate Promags / Jains in these kind of issues.
 
I request Mr. Thomas not to allow any interior work in 4th block untill the flat identified who made this mistakes and let allow the residents suffered a lot. Also while going back make it compulsion that the workers should delcare that all water tapes were closed and the flat owner will be fined in case the water is wasted like this.
 
This is really a serious issue and all owners should have the responsibility to ensure that no water wastage should happens like this in future.

Really appreciate PROMAGS team who is contineously chekcing the water level and keep filling the tank in 4th block. Also they have informed the residents to backup the water for routine use. Well done Team!!.

Even if one has to blame the voltage fluctuations, we were told that the OTIS elevators consisted of sufficient safety systems to move to the next floor before stopping.
Kindly discuss this with OTIS.

As Said by Mr. Ravi you are not certain about the root cause of the issue and you are trying to find some work around always. Best example is 4th Block Lift..This is again went on UNCONCIOUS state today(18th August) and we have to wait till OTIS people comes for resuce on MONDAY(19th Aug). 24 Hours Waiting for getting the lift back on working condition, All our FATE.
 
The one Installed in 4th Block is a "JUNK" not lift. we have paid for the "JUNK" and it is called as Lift by Jains people.
 
Make this as a PERMANENT AND LIFT LONG ISSUE Reported and try to attend this as soon as reported. Being a service provider it should be resolved as we are suffered and suffering a lot . Feel like we are undergoing the PUNISHMENT stage of life.
 
How many times one can complaint about the same issue?? Wear our shoe and think from our point of view to understand the level of FRUSTRATION we are having now. Can you be adjustable if you have purchased a flat and facing this kind of unsolved issues in a project called as Lifestyle project? Please think.
 
Instead of doing some work arounds try to find the ROOT CAUSE of the issue and replace the JUNK with LIFT..I belive you take this issue as SERIOUS this time. I have reported more than 5-6 times and not fixed the issues. Also we are hearing some noise which makes us Unsafe in using the Lift. By not solving this issue Jains will be reponsible for any unwanted things happens...
 
HOPE YOU WILL TREAT  THIS AS A SERIOUS ISSUE THIS TIME AND FIND A PERMANENT SOLUTION.
