Hi Venkatesan,

There was an unwanted quarrel between your tenant and association on following the driving discipline inside JAM complex. He was driving on the wrong side and our secretary Mr. Vijay advised him not to drive on the wrong side and he may hit the kids/elders who comes out from the blocks..he replied that what if the kids come from the other side if he drive on the left side and started arguing that he cant follow the rules... he says call the police and i can pay the fine. totally adamant.. The same family thrown the kids diaper and ladies pads (sorry to say this) in the block entrance and dogs were scattered the parcel and look very dirty and awkward..  

Most of the tenants are behaving in a rude and senseless manner. Now we are started contacting their owners to control them immediately. 

Requesting you to advise and warn them to adhere the rules and regulations of the society for peaceful living.
