Block Name Plates - In Complete

Hi All,

 

It was noticed that the Name plates in all Blocks are in complete and does not reflect the owners of the flats correctly. In case of Joint registration both the names should be written in the name plate whereas we can see 1 or 2 flats in 1st Block alone having both the owners name written there.  I dont see any process being followed in this project. 

 

This could have been taken care / get it confirmed from all owners before proceeding with the work. Due to this ther may be many conflicts(from elders) occured in the families and the credit goes to Jains housing. I am surprising that these kind of issues comes when a builder in their growing stage and not with the builder like Jains. I dont know what to say for this. Each and everything we have to escalate and get it corrected.

 

For me we have registered the flat in my wife & My name. Requesting you to correct the name plates as per my regitration document.
