Thanks for your quick response. The barrel with waste items should be kept inside the flat where the work in going on. This need to be ensure by the maintenance people only. I myself cleaning the premises ever after paid the maintenance charges for 3 years like others. We have kids and we are in a position to ensure that the surrounding is neat and clean. This needs proper SUPERVISION from Promags .. thats all.  

 

Do the needful.

3rd floor in 4th block is always covered with Dust and never seen the floor in Block color which is supposed to be the Original color of the floor. Also there is a dump of waste / garbage lying in a Drum for a long time and due to that we have lots of mosquitos in our floor. Why this is kept in the floor unnecessarily?

 

I have made compliant to the site team in this regard and they have taken action and made the floor clean on that day complained. But now the same old story is continuing. I suppose PROMAGS scope of work is very..very little here when compared to other Jains apartments. in such situation they can very well maintain the floors and common areas..but it is not happening..

 

we have 3 Dengue fever cases reported in our apartments and one of the case reported in 4th Block. Even after that incident we didn't see any caring in the cleaning. 

 

My request is to remove the Dust/Waste bin lying in the floor and keep the floor in its original color by removing the Dust layer. 

 

I have attached the pics with Original color of the floor and the present condition of the same. 

 

Hope you will take the necessary action to keep the floor clean.
