PROMAGS SERVICE - All are Saitsfied?

Dear All,
 
Since no updates received on reducing Maintenance charge from Rs 2/- per sqft, we are still eligible to pay Rs 2/- per sqft for PROMGAS for maintening the floors, Lift,car parking and Common areas. Initially PROMAGS requested not to disturb them for 10 days to settle down and to start up with their activities. Even after passed1 month I could see Dirty corridors, car parking, leakages in the common area pipes and life..really patheitc. With the amount 2 Rs per sqft we can do a lot since we have not only paid for comon area but we paid the maintenance charge for our Apartment size.  Let me listed out the issues below and requesting you all to come forward for a meeting if you have similar issues in your blocks.
 
COMPLAINTS
 
1. The corridor is never ever cleaned and the grills are worser than the earlier days. I am cleaning in front of my house ever after paid the total amount for maintenance for 3 years.
 
2. Inside Lift- Damaged floor & Dirty. Pathetic Noise coming while closing and opening the door. 
 
3. Car parking is not clean. If a car parked no cleaning happens under the car. NO SUPERVISION from PROMAGS people in the site. 
 
4. A barrel kept in my floor(Dumped with garbage/wastes) even after complained a week before, No body takes responsibility to remove it(who ever it belongs to) as it creates fear of Mosquittoes which will be resulted in Dengue/ other fever.This is a serious issue.
 
5. During rain, water leaking from TERRACE and we cant even walk in the Steps. very Risky and No attendees for this issue for a Long time.
 
6. Leakage from the pipes in the car parking. LONG ..LONG..LONG. TIME.issue..
 
7. NO LIGHTS in 4th block Car parking area and no body cares. Due to poor light, If anything (Chain snatching etc.,) happens then JAINS/PROMAGS will be responsible for this.
 
8. The interior work is happening 24/7 and people were stayin in the Night which is definitely a security issue.
 
9. Inside flat, the UTILITY are pipe odur is there since we occupied the flat. The plumping person agreed that this should be rectified (Reported more than 10 times). he VANISHED after that and NO ACTION TAKEN SO FAR.
 
10. NO SUPERVISION from PROMGAS and they only doing SWITCH ON THE MOTOR to fill the water tanks and Switch it off.. THATS ALL. this can be done in any one of us by forming a team on routine basis.
 
 Hope we should all understand that we are not receving any service on free of cost, we have PAID for the service. Those who feel these are the real issues we are having, please come forward for a discussion tomorrow.
 
My Suggestion is please take the snaps in your floor/block and discuss with concern people (Not with the Site PROMAGS team).
 
Looking foward to gather near 5 th block tomorrow, if all are agree for a particular time. Please suggest.
