Jain Alpine Meadows - Service Area wall breaking outside [FLOOR I]

Hello Maintenance team,

We are seeing some touch-up work from Jain Housing in JAINS ALPINE MEADOWS. In the front side of all block we are seeing some good painting works and crack proofing works going on.

Seems to be good and not sure why this not being done for all the four sides of each block.

Coming to the point,

                  I stay in Block 7, FB flat. If you are standing between block 7 and block8, you can see a breakage in the service area wall outside[First floor]. The size of breakage could be one feet.

                  I complained to PROMAGS. They have taken some pictures and they promised me that it will be sent to you. But i'm not sure whether you have received any complaint like that.

                  So I would like to raise a complaint on this regard. Please ask your site Engineer and check it. It can be seen in naked eye from outside. Please take appropriate steps as soon as possible. It can fell at anytime down and                     too risky.

                  Second point is, the service wall from outside is always wet. I complained the same to PROMAGS. They worked something to resolve it. But it did not work out.

                  You can see n number of cracks developed outside. 

                  Third point is, the  balcony walls are always wet. There is some severe leakage. Because of this the common bathroom floor is wet 24/7.
