Hope your request to OTIS is for permanent solution and not as workaround. Nowhere we have seen such frequent non-working lifts.

Jains Team,

We have another bad incident today, many school going children got struck in the lift once they return from their school and they are rescued.  

The lift was switched off without any notice for last 3 days and I've to notify this everyday to turn it ON.   Why this is turned Off without any notice ? ...  We need to be notified if you are bring the lift down for any reason and the time when this will be switched on. So We know that this is planned or a malfunction.  

You might know now lift become everyday problem for 7th block residents. 

The DO s and DONTs of the lift given by the OTIS are helpful only if the lift is working as designed and not if the lift struck everyday.  We know to press the alarm button, but our block does not have any one to attend this every day (this anytime incidents).  Whats our answer for school children who are scared because of these incidents ? or for elderly people living in 4 th floor ?.

We lost the confidence in the 7th block lift and  they way it is maintained... Please provide us the reason why the lift struck so many times ? .. 

Also, we need a security assigned for our block exclusively to monitor the lift operation and to rescue the people every time .
