Hello PROMAGS,

The EB reading for 16 apartments in Block 7 is not taken for this month.
Since you don't have man power to involve in any of the essential activities, 
atleast inform the residents so that we can open and close the EB meter when the person comes from EB.
Since the reading is left out we need to pay the bill for 70 days which is really a big loss for all residents.
NO LOSS/DAMAGE for your company.

As a service provider, you don't have people to do the following essentials:

1. Security: Night shift, 6 watchmen sitting in the main gate, which serve no purpose
2. Garden / Grass: Totally dry [Watering plants in the mid day light during 38 degrees temperature is of no use]. As a service provider you should have known this.
3. First floor plants: Totally pathetic, poor, worthless [fill in the words what ever you can] condition. Better fit some granites and remove the sand.
4. OHT: Overflow daily wasting thousands of litres
5. EB reading: since we have lack of people no one can assist [Just 3 man hours once in 2 months]
6. Street dogs comes freely at morning 8.30 to first floor and tear the garbage bags and make the place dirty.
7. OSR2 lighting: Totally risking the residents life. Did you make any arrangements from association to get the lights and fit it?
8. Cleaning: How often you wash the corridors. Before extending the contract, PROMAGS was involved in some drama like "deep cleaning" and other activities.
9. Lifts: Stinking smell.
10: Leakage in all block common taps
11. Is the WTP working for block 1 to 11. Daily i get sand in my bathroom tap. i clean that tap daily to get good flow of water.

Same number of people worked for block 1 to 11. Even after many blocks getting occupied the work force never increased to that level.

If you have valid points to justify anything for above 11 points you are always welcome.

In short, Jains Alpine Meadows is not maintained by PROMAGS. Please remove the board that you placed inside the campus. It will be misleading the residents/visitors.

Other than garbage cleaning / OHT cleaning [with excess amount of chlorine] what are the work you do with Rs.2.30/- per Sq.Ft that you charged in advance for next 3 months.
The amount you can charge for this type of service is .50 paise per sq.ft + taxes. Not Rs.2

During the next extenstion make it simple as 0.50 paise per sq.ft so that no one will complain on your service. You can provide the quality of service which we are getting now.


And again i want to remind that PROMAGS is not working for charity.

Provide the break up of 10 Lakhs that you claim to spend monthly for Block 1 to 11.
