He told me that he was very much pleased to hear the news of your determination to conquer the world. It is a fit task for your bravery and who can match you? Then he also spoke with a little tinge of pride that in this earth who was there to match his father among Gods and his brother among men. He exists on account of their blessings.

Stanza 92-93

He (The Minister) further added your brother was about to come to take your blessings, but due to unavoidable reasons could not present himself. He is busy in listening to a shashtra (scared book) since there is Chaturmas of a saint. The Saint is giving discourse on Atma and your brother is listening to it. It may be possibly be completed within a day or two.
Stanza 94-95

I have one more thing to say, my Lord, but it is a matter of policy. Raja asked him to take his seat. Hearing that a confidential matter was to be discussed all intelligent people left the court. People in those days were not lacking in intelligence.

Stanza 96-98

Subjects, family members, ministers, artists and poet etc all disappeared in a moment. Then, when all had left, Pranya Chandra stated with low voice. At that time Raja’s minister was also present.

Bhartesh Vaibhav
(Part-II) –Chapter-1
 Stanza 99
Rajan ! there is nothing particular. Your brother has expressed his wish to take your mother to podanpur during your absence from the kingdom.
Stanza 100
His intention is to keep the mateshwari with him as long as you do not return from your Digvijay. Can a son remain separate from his mother?
Stanza 101 to 103
On hearing these words of Pranya chand Bharat said , “there is nothing for amother to go to her son or for the son to take his mother. What was necessity for asking me about it. He is also her son and has the same right as I have in this matter. I work under mother’s command. It is my duty to carry out her wishes. My respected mother always gives me religious advice and teaching. I can say nothing to her. If brother wants to take her, he may do so. What can I say?
Stanza 104
On hearing this Pranya chand said again, My Lord your brother has expressed exactly the similar ideas as you have been pleased to say that there is no necessity to ask you about such a matter, but I respectfully pointed out that it was not quite proper and it is necessary to give this information to you. For this reason I have come to inform you.

Bhartesh Vaibhav
(Part-II) –Chapter-1

Stanza 105

Bharat ji laughed within himself on hearing this and said “Pranya chandra, you are very wise I an very glad on the manner you have performed your duty. You should remain with Bahubali”. He then gave him rewards of precious jewels and clothes. Pranya chandra bowed to the Raja and left the place.

Stanza 106-107

After Pranya chandra had left Bharat laughed within himself at the cleverness of Bahubali. Then said to the ministers “Look Buddhisagar, the audacity of my brother. He does not want to come here for certain reasons which out of deceitfulness he does not want to clarify. For this reason he has sent his man for putting forward some excuses. It is also pretence that he is hearing a shashtra.
Stanza 108-109
It is a good policy. He is proud of the fact that he is one of the Kamdevas. He thinks that he is above all. No one can equal him. It is all due to the effect of the Hunda Avsarpani era. Pranya chandra concealed the real purposeand has put the matter in avery diplomatic manner. I know very well that Bahubali has no brotherly devotion towards me. All right, let him do what he thinks proper. I cannot help it nor I have any concern with this.
