• They MUST have perfect communication skills.
• They Must be able to interview onsite in Southlake, TX.  No Exceptions. 
• They have to be an expert with Spring Batch and it needs to be current and they have to have worked on it at Schwab. 

·       Prior Schwab Experience for 18 plus months.  They would have had to been out of Schwab for the past 6 months (Would have had to end in Nov of 2025 to be eligible to return).
