Work Location: Middletown, PA 17057 (700 South Eisenhower Boulevard, Middletown, PA 17057 and/or 2850 Turnpike Industrial Drive, Middletown, PA 17057)
Interview Type: In-person interviews/work sessions at Commission facilities in Middletown, PA
Required Skills (high level):
· 5+ years AI/ML development (retail or customer service preferred)
· Python + ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
· NLP tools (spaCy, Hugging Face, NLTK)
· Microsoft Dynamics Contact Center voice bot/chatbot using Copilot Studio + Azure AI services
· Azure model deployment/production experience
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field
Highly Desired:
Voice AI / speech-to-text, customer journey analytics/personalization, omnichannel retail knowledge, Kafka/Spark, other contact center platforms (Zendesk, Salesforce Service Cloud, Amazon Connect), plus SAP exposure and ITIL/ITSM familiarity.
